Medical Office Condo in Rancho Pueblo Center Sold

Cushman & Wakefield announces that a 3,155-square-foot medical office condominium in Rancho Pueblo Center, at 31493 Rancho Pueblo Rd., Suite 203, in Temecula, Calif. (92952), has sold for $441,700.

The seller, Rancho Pueblo I, LLC, was represented by Kevin Tremblay of Cushman & Wakefield. The buyer, Hanuma, LLC, was represented by Brandon Sudweeks of Sudweeks Commercial Real Estate.

The buyer plans to use the medical office condominium for a psychiatric practice.

Rancho Pueblo Center is a five-building, 109,000-square-foot office project. Other tenants include Inland Urgent Care and Rossi Land Company. The project was built in 2007 by Covenant Development. The property features lushly landscaped areas with a water feature. Suites at Rancho Pueblo Center are ideal for both medical and office tenants.

Rancho Pueblo Center is located along Highway 79 with access to Interstate 15. The campus is immediately adjacent to the approved 320-bed UHS Hospital, cancer center and fitness rehabilitation center. Rancho Pueblo is also within close proximity of retail amenities.
