Office Condo in North Coast Business Park Sold

The San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield announces that a 1,804-square-foot office condominium located in North Coast Business Park at 531 Encinitas Blvd., Suite 101, Encinitas, Calif. (92024), has sold for $676,496.

The buyer, Dr. Randy Garland, was represented by Peter Curry of Cassidy Turley. The seller, North Coast Business Park, was represented by Kevin Farrell and Barry Mahlberg of Cushman & Wakefield.

The buyer plans to use the space for a dental office.

North Coast Business Park, a nine-building office condominium project, located on Encinitas Boulevard, just one-quarter-mile east of Interstate 5, totals 182,000 square feet. The project offers small businesses the opportunity to purchase condominium units from 679 square feet up to 10,000 square feet. Approximately 30,000 square feet remains available for purchase or for lease, with the ability to combine units for larger spaces.

North Coast Business Park, which was converted into office condominiums in 2006, has been upgraded with new mechanical equipment, a new roof and lush landscaping. The project offers on-site management to ensure a high level of service. All units are offered with existing tenant improvements such as plumbing, electric and HVAC.
