Retail Building in North Park Sold for $1.8M

The San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield announces that a 10,854-square-foot retail
center located at 2901-2917 University Ave., in the North Park community of San Diego (92104),
has sold for $1,800,000.
The buyer, The Greenberg Intervivos and/or affiliates assignees, was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer of Cushman & Wakefield. The seller, Wells Fargo Bank N.A. as Trustee for the Hillkowitz, represented itself.
The buyer plans to hold the retail center as an investment.
The center, which is conveniently located in the heart of North Park, is 100 percent leased. Tenants of the building include Beauty Supply Warehouse, Chesters Furniture, Big City Tattoo and L & A Tailoring.
