Core Spirit Moving to 105 New Bond Street, London

The fashion brand, Core Spirit, has secured its first London flagship store. It has committed to a new 10 year lease on 105 New Bond Street, adjacent to Kronometry and close to Victorinox and Calvin Klein. The shop is arranged over ground and basement floors with a total net area of 4,561 sq ft (424 sq m). The quoting rent was £310,000 pax.
Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE acted on behalf of the Landlords, while the tenant was advised by Michael Berg & Partners. The opening is planned for mid September 2010.
