Andy Zhang appointed as new Managing Director, China

Cushman & Wakefield announced the appointment of Andy Zhang as the Managing Director of their China operations. Andy assumes the role with immediate effect.
In his new role, Andy will lead the expansion of the firm's client service platform across China and is charged with growing and integrating the business offering, including Consulting, Brokerage, Investment, Project Management, Facilities Management and Property Management.
This will allow current MD, Richard Middleton, to move into the position of Head of Occupier Solutions, Asia-Pacific.

Andy has more than 15 years of valuable experience in China real estate, and he has been involved in a significant number of high profile and complex instructions, most recently as the Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Beijing operations (since 2006). Andy holds a Master Degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University of Australia, and is the first Beijing citizen to fully qualify as RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) member in General Practice.
