Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate consultant, is proud to announce and
welcome three new employees: Małgorzata Baran-Barańska, Joanna Sinkiewicz and Wojciech
Dachniewski.
Małgorzata Baran-Barańska has taken up the position of an architect in the Project
Management Department. She graduated from the architecture department at the Gdańsk
University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in real estate appraisal at the
University of Warsaw. She has fifteen years professional experience working for many
architectural firms, including ILF Consulting Engineers Group Polska, Qubika APA, FUH Wiktoria,
JPM Design & Build and MKC Architekci.
Joanna Sinkiewicz has joined the team of the Industrial Department as a
negotiator. She completed law studies at the University of Warsaw and graduated from the Warsaw
School of Economics having completed management and marketing with the specialisation in real
estate management. Over the last three years she gained professional experience in real estate,
among others, at Pinnacle Poland (now PointPark Properties). Since September 2008 she worked as
a lease consultant in the Industrial and Logistics Real Estate Department of DTZ Polska.
Wojciech Dachniewski has joined the Industrial Department as a junior
negotiator. He completed law studies at the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw, where he also
completed postgraduate studies in real estate agency. Before joining the specialists of Cushman
& Wakefield, he worked as a real estate assistant for Polanowscy Nieruchomości.
