
In July 2010 another lease was signed for retail space in Galeria Sanowa currently under
construction in Przemyśl. 1,380 sq.m of space will be taken up by one of the largest
international fashion chains C&A.
In the process of concluding the transaction the owner was represented by the global
commercial real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield, which is also the exclusive agent
responsible for the commercialisation of the scheme.
Galeria Sanowa is a low-rise retail and service building located near the junction of
Sanowa, Brudzewskiego and Rzeźnicza Streets. Its total space is 30,000 sq.m. and 21,000 of this
space is intended for lease. The project provides for an underground car park and one
aboveground storey. The development was begun to be constructed in 2008 and is scheduled to be
completed in the fourth quarter of 2010. Its chief tenants will include Kaufland, H&M,
Douglas, MediaExpert, Reserved and Deichmann. SAN DEVELOPMENT sp. z o.o. is the investor in
Galeria Sanowa, while PA NOVA SA is the general contractor.
C&A is a chain of over 1,200 reputable fashion stores with nearly 34,000 employees in 19
European countries. Its stores are present in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic,
France, Spain, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Portugal, Russia, Romania, Slovakia,
Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, Hungary, Italy and Poland. C&A owns brands such as Angelo
Litrico, Clockhouse, Jinglers, Palomino, Westbury, Yessica and Your Sixth Sense.
