Industry Veteran Joins Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial Practice

Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc. (C&W) is pleased to announce that industry-veteran Tim Gallagher, SIOR has joined the firm as a director in the industrial brokerage practice.

Mr. Gallagher, 59, will be based in C&W's Rosemont office and brings extensive experience across all phases of the real estate lifecycle; including leasing, acquisition, disposition, asset management, brokerage, and investment sales, on both a local and national basis.

Mr. Gallagher comes to C&W after spending the last seven years as president of his own company, Gallagher Realty Inc., which focused on the acquisition, development, ownership and management of industrial and office property.

Mr. Gallagher, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, has spent nearly 30 years in commercial real estate including stints in brokerage, as an officer of a large publicly traded REIT, and as the business development manager for a national construction and development company.
