Historic Palms Hotel Building Sold

The San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield announces that the 16,717-square-foot, 79-unit historic Palms Hotel building located at 509 Park Blvd., in downtown San Diego sold for $3,600,000.
The seller, Mission Federal Credit Union, was represented by Tim Mills of Cushman &
Wakefield. The buyer, 12th & "A" Hotel Partners, LP, represented itself.
Located just two blocks from Petco Park on the new Trolley line designated for the stadium, the
building offers a historic architectural design and visibility. Built in 1869, the building
will undergo renovations to allow for future uses such as office and retail spaces available
for lease.
