Joe Strening Joins Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc. (C&W) announces the addition of Joe Strening as
an Associate in the firm's industrial brokerage practice. Mr. Strening will be based in
C&W's Rosemont, IL office. He brings five years of experience in industrial sales and
leasing from the Greater Los Angeles and Phoenix markets. Mr. Strening was most recently
with the real estate firm Lee & Associates in Newport Beach, CA.
Mr. Strening will team with Tim Gallagher, SIOR, an industry veteran and another recent C&W hire. The Strening/Gallagher team will represent industrial tenants and landlords.
Mr. Strening is a graduate of the University of Iowa and a Chicago native.
"Working in the Greater L.A. market as well as in Phoenix, I developed the ability to adapt to different market dynamics. Now I look forward to taking my career to the next level here in Chicago," Mr. Strening said.
