Cushman & Wakefield today announced the expansion of its Sacramento operations with the
addition of six leading brokerage professionals. Ron Thomas, Kevin Partington, Bruce Hohenhaus,
Chris Schwarze, Mark Tabak and Sean Mullen were all previously with Colliers International.

The team has consistently ranked among Colliers top brokerage professionals nationally and
is frequently recognized for its success, having most recently won the honor of Top Office Sale
for Northern California SIOR in 2010. The team's 2010 notable transactions include
representing: Harsch Investment Properties in an 180,000-square-foot, 10-year lease with tenant
ACS Healthcare; KBS Realty in an 80,000-square-foot, eight-year lease with the State of
California and GSV Rancho Cordova in the 112,000-square-foot, long-term lease to HealthNet of
California. Since the formation of their Capital Region Office Specialists (CROS) Team in 2003,
the partnership has generated more than $21 million dollars in commission revenue for Colliers
International.

Mr. Thomas will assume the responsibility of managing Cushman & Wakefield's Sacramento
office, in addition to his role as a brokerage professional. Chris Strain, who stepped down
from his management role at the end of 2010, will remain with Cushman & Wakefield as a
broker continuing to focus on tenant representation.
Ron Thomas
With more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Thomas has completed more
than 1,000 transactions totaling 11 million square feet. Mr. Thomas was consistently ranked
among the Top Five brokerage professional in Collier's Sacramento office, and was named the No.
1 Office brokerage professional in 2003, 2005 and from 2007 - 2010. He received his bachelor's
degree in Real Estate and Finance from California State University, Sacramento.
Kevin Partington
Mr. Partington has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director. For the past 16 years
he has specialized in office leasing and investment sales, consistently ranking as one of the
Top Five brokerage professionals in Collier's Sacramento office. In 2010 he completed more than
65 transactions totaling more than 768,000 square feet. From 2007-2009, along with Mr. Thomas,
he shared the ranking of No. 1 office brokerage professional in Collier's Sacramento and
Roseville offices. Mr. Partington received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration
from the University of California, Riverside.
Bruce Hohenhaus
Mr. Hohenhaus has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director. Before joining Colliers,
he began his real estate career in 1978 as Vice President of the Lee Sammis Company,
specializing in office and industrial leasing and investment sales. While at Colliers he was
named Top Producer in the Sacramento office for 10 years, and No. 1 producer in the U.S. for
five years. He received a bachelor's degree in Marketing from California State University,
Sacramento.
Chris Schwarze
Mr. Schwarze has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director. He has been involved in
the commercial real estate industry for more than 10 years, specializing in office leasing and
sales. Mr. Schwarze received his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California State
University, Sacramento.
Mark Tabak
Mr. Tabak has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Associate. He began his real estate
career with an investment brokerage firm raising private equity for developers, before joining
Colliers where he focused on tenant representation and landlord advisory services. Mr. Tabak is
received his bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Sean Mullen
Mr. Mullen has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining Colliers
in 2008, where he focused on tenant representation and project management, he spent several
years in the sales and operations management industries. Mr. Mullen received his bachelor's
degree in Government/International Relations from California State University, Sacramento.
