Automotive Parts Company Relocates DFW Operations

Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc., the leader in alternative automotive collision
replacement parts, has leased 168,000 square feet (sf) of industrial/distribution space located
at Grand Lakes I in Grand Prairie, Texas. Dan Cook and Mark Becker of Cushman & Wakefield
of Texas, Inc. (C&W) along with Jake Bobek of C&W Los Angeles represented Keystone
Automotive in the transaction. Curt Hefner of Duke Realty represented the landlord, Duke Realty
Limited Partnership.
The new lease allows Keystone Automotive, a subsidiary of LKQ Corporation, to consolidate two DFW locations while expanding its facility in a more centralized location.
"Relocating to the City of Grand Prairie allows us to better serve our customers in the North Texas region. There are also operational efficiencies to be gained by this consolidation" stated Chris Stevens, General Manager of the new facility.
Approximately 80 employees are located at the new site.
In addition to transaction brokerage from C&W's Dallas office, Betty McIntosh from Cushman & Wakefield's Atlanta office negotiated an incentive package for Keystone Automotive with the City of Grand Prairie.
Grand Lakes I is a 755,355-square foot industrial building located at 4003 Gifford Street near the intersection of I-30 and MacArthur Boulevard. Roomstore is another major tenant in the building.
