Cushman & Wakefield and H2SO, on behalf of Fenwick, have let the third floor of 55
New Bond Street, comprising 5,741 sq ft of office space, to hedge fund manager Lucidus
Capital Partners.
The deal is at a rent of £70 psf, one of the highest rents achieved on the street.
