Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce that lease deal for an office building – the
Progress business centre – has been closed. The long-term lease agreement was signed by the
Russian Bank for Development at the end of February 2011. The decision to move to new, bigger
offices was made by the bank’s management due to the ongoing development of the bank’s
operations. Cushmand & Wakefield represented the tenant.
Vera Zimenkova, Partner at Cushman & Wakefield’s Client Solutions Dpartment, said, “We
were set the task of choosing office space for RBD in the area of the Third Transport Ring. We
investigated leasing several floors in class A and B+ business centres, as well as detached,
dedicated buildings. As a result of our efforts, our clients signed a lease on the Progress
business centre, located at 79 Sadovnicheskaya street, with an area of 7,312 square meters. It
is a long-term lease, with an option to purchase.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s corporate services department represents both tenants and buyers,
offering a range of solutions in office real estate. Among the department’s clients are
companies such as Johnson&Johnson, TNT Express, Kraft, Philips, Microsoft, and many
others.
