The biggest quarterly warehouse leasing mandate of Cushman & Wakefield in Poland

Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate advisory firm, has acted on behalf of the developer of the facility Panattoni Europe in leasing nearly 17,000 sq.m in Panattoni Park Święcice logistics centre. The transaction was the biggest quarterly leasing mandate of Industrial Department of Cushman & Wakefield in Poland in 2011.

The new tenant is Tech Data Polska, one of the world’s largest distributors of technology products from leading IT hardware and software producers. The company will occupy the second building of Panattoni Park Święcice logistics centre.

Panattoni Park Święcice is being developed in Święcice near Ożarow Mazowiecki, close to Pruszków junction within the planned A2 motorway connecting Berlin with Moscow. The construction started in Q4 2010. The complex comprises two buildings with a total area of approximately 33,700 sq.m. Both buildings are fully let.
