Global real estate consultants Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has promoted Emília Tarró, Head of
Industrial and David Johnston, Negotiator, Office Agency to Associates with effect from April 2011.
Emília's recent appointment to Associate is an acknowledgement of her accomplishments as Head of the Hungarian Industrial Team. She has largely contributed in making Cushman & Wakefield's industrial department its sector-leader and helped to establish a good reputation on an international level as well. Emília is responsible for the letting and sale of modern/secondary industrial/logistics buildings, development site transactions and consultancy work. C&W is co-exclusive letting agent on the whole Hungarian ProLogis portfolio and exclusive leasing agent of Valad to lease 2 of their Hungarian parks.
David has had a significant role in C&W's Office Agency Team's successes in the past three years in Hungary. He primarily concentrates on the Budapest office market, acting mainly for international developers, landlords and occupiers. David?s noteworthy track record at C&W includes the contribution to a number of large office transactions in advising major market leaders such as Citibank, Vodafone, RREEF, Diageo, Nike, etc.
