Cushman & Wakefield is glad to announce the closure of office lease deal between law
firm Hogan Lovells and Unicor Management Company – owner of multifunctional complex Summit. The
lease agreement was signed in June 2011. Hogan Lovells office premise totaling 2656 sq.m will
be located on 2 levels of Summit – occupying full 9th and part of 4th floor. Hogan Lovells
intends to move into new office in autumn 2011. Cushman & Wakefield represented Hogan
Lovells in this transaction. Unicor Management Company, owner of the Summit complex, is
exclusively represented by Knight Frank.
Natalia Kouterigina, Associate, Occupiers Services Department at Cushman & Wakefield
gives a brief outline of provided services: “When our client Hogan Lovells requested an
assistance in new office search, we were to find a class A business center that would meet
recent and future needs of the firm. Summit satisfied Hogan Lovells requirements on most of the
criteria: central location, quality of construction, possibility to start fit-out works
immediately and move-in in the short period of time. After Summit was chosen, our team
concentrated on negotiations with landlord – Unicor Management Company – to achieve optimal
commercial terms and agreement on the lease structure. I would like to highlight landlord’s
professional approach to find best solutions in meeting tenant’s requests and wishes”
Evgenia Luchitskaya, Associate Director, Offices Department Knight Frank Russia & CIS:
“Our collaboration with Unicor on the Summit complex has enabled them to create a premium
product which satisfies the most stringent requirements of Russian and international companies
alike. It is the team’s focus on the client that helped realize the project successfully. As we
are fully aware of the quality and potential of these premises as well as the professionalism
of the Unicor’s staff we are confident that in this case it was the right decision made by the
tenant. We would like to thank everyone who took part in the transaction and we hope to
continue our work in future”.
Angela Kuzmina, CCO, Unicor Management Company, comments: “The high level of interest that the
tenants take in our business center is the proof of the existing demand for up-to-date and the
very high-end office spaces in the center of Moscow, as well as for the features that the
developer managed to provide at this specific property, which was also due to the synergy
effect from the multi-feature concept. Thus, considering the latest closed deal at the MFK
Summit business center, over 90% of the available office spaces have been already rented
out.”
