Mark-7, a wholesaler of food products, will be the first tenant of MARR Business Park in
Cracow. It will occupy over 1,700 sq.m of warehouse, office and social space. Cushman &
Wakefield has advised on the transaction.
MARR Business Park offers 4 steel structure production and services halls, each of 3,125
sq.m of usable area (44 x 72 m, height 9 m). They can be flexibly arranged according to the
individual needs of the tenant. Minimum unit is 1,500 sq.m. The complex will have nearly 15,000
sq.m of leasable area. It also features adjacent two-storey buildings, with a social area on
the ground floor and office accommodation on the first floor.
