NV Lombardia Lease owns a retail unit of 1.108 m² let to Kipling and United brands, and 139
underground parking spaces let to Interparking located in the center of Antwerp alongside the
Lombardenvest, Groenplaats and Geefsstraat . The deal was concluded at a price of approx.
7.500.000 EUR.
Cushman & Wakefield and Clifford Chance acted on behalf of Grosvenor. Eubelius acted on
behalf of Antigoon Invest.
