Acústica Médica placed in Quinta da Fonte

C&W announced the placement of Acústica Médica, in Q60 building, in Quinta da Fonte, Oeiras.

Acústica Médica, the leader in the Portuguese market within treatment and care of hearing impairment, belongs to the Danish group William Demant. In Portugal it has already 50 stores/clinics and more than 200 employees.

In this transaction, Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of UBS Real estate, owner of the aforementioned building.

According to Amílcar Marques da Silva, Associate, from the office agency department at Cushman & Wakefield “D. Maria building is the newest building in Quinta da Fonte which offers natural light and glass walls that allow 360º view to its tenants. The reception area was refurbished recently giving a modern and innovative image which reflects the concerns of the owner with a better work environment and with a quality image suitable to the tenants of the building”.

Q60 building (D. Maria), comprises a total of 5,430sqm of office space and is occupied by Daikin, Amgen and Tejo Energia. The building is an integral part of Quinta da Fonte, the first business park in Greater Lisbon, and benefit from pre-existing services such as a health club, restaurants and banks amongst others.

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) and B. Prime are responsible for the leasing of the building, having one office of 743 sqm available to let.
