Krylatsky Hills International Business Park wins ‘Business Centre Class A 2005

CMI Development’s Krylatsky Hills International Business Park won Commercial Real Estate magazine’s annual award for Moscow’s best Class A office development.
The campus office development is the largest single-phase speculative office development completed in Moscow to date, comprising 60,000 sq. m. of rentable office space.
As exclusive leasing agents, C&W/S&R achieved 100% pre-leases of the office space. Tenants include Microsoft, Intel, GlaxoSmithKline, British American Tobacco, Cisco Systems, Colgate Palmolive, 3M, Dupont and Johnson & Johnson.
As consultants throughout the design and development process, C&W/S&R influenced design decisions where a commercial viewpoint was required and provided CMI Development with a vital link to prospective tenants.”
