Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) placed Euromedic’s new headquarters in the
Adamastor building in Parque das Nações in Lisbon; Cushman & Wakefield has subsequently
been in charge of the project management and interior architecture of the company’s new
facilities.
Euromedic occupies the entire 7th floor of tower B of the building abovementioned, totalling
an area of 620 m2. Cushman & Wakefield acted in the transaction on behalf of the building’s
owner, Imopólis. Regarding the project management and architecture, acted on behalf of the
tenant.
Euromedic is one of the biggest suppliers of medical services throughout Europe,
specialising in diagnostics and teleradiology. Through a highly respected portfolio of medical
centres on the entire continent, Euromedic’s services are in the front line of medical care, a
constant support for patients who need its services.
The company joined other well-known tenants, such as Carl Zeiss, Whirlpool, Rexel, Steelcase
and a banking institution. The Adamastor building is located on the main avenue of the Parque
das Nações.
Designed by the architect Regino Cruz and completed in 2007, the building has 12,200 m2 of
offices, divided between two 14-storey towers. At the present time, this is one of the largest
office buildings in Lisbon available for rent, and Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed
for the exclusive leasing and management of the building.
According to Francisco Vasconcellos of Cushman & Wakefield’s office
department, “Imopólis's wager on the project, which in addition to the strong positive
image of modern infrastructures adapted to the current needs of companies, led to one more
transaction, in this case, Euromedic. The flexibility of the building and the developer’s
ability to respond are essential trump cards in the successful placement of these offices”.
