Izabela Mucha has been appointed Head of Valuation & Advisory at Cushman &
Wakefield’s Warsaw office, a leading global real estate services firm.
In Valuation & Advisory Izabela Mucha is responsible for coordinating the work of the
teams of property valuation and research analysts on the commercial real estate market in
Poland and eastern markets (Baltic states, Belarus and Ukraine).
She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2002. At the beginning she worked at property
management department. She has over seven years professional experience in property valuation.
For the last two years Izabela has acted as Deputy Head of the department.
Izabela graduated from the University of Łódź, Investment and Real Estate Department
(master’s degree in economics) and Sheffield Hallam University (master’s degree in property
management and appraisal). During 2004-2008 she was a board member of the Polish Federation of
Property Managers Association. In 2008 she was awarded the title of Member of the Royal
Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), one of the most prestigious international
organizations representing property professionals.
