Dallas Manufacturer Commits to Long-Term Lease

USA Pallet & Logistics, Inc., a Dallas-based pallet manufacturer and logistics provider,
has renewed and extended its lease for 229,000-square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space
located at 2829 Sea Harbor Road in Dallas, TX. Pete Richardson and Drew Richardson from the
Dallas office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. (C&W) represented USA Pallet &
Logistics in the lease renewal, which includes a 10-year commitment.
"Current market conditions were ideal for USA Pallet & Logistics to lock in a long term lease at the current location," said Pete Richardson, a director in C&W's Industrial Leasing group. "The company has been a solid tenant for the past three years in this facility and wanted to maintain the high level of service it provides customers."
At the time of the renewal Cobalt Capital Partners owned the industrial property, which is located just east of downtown Dallas near Interstate 30 and Loop 12. Lew Friedland and Tom Fishman with Cobalt along with Jim Brice of Holt Lunsford Commerical represented ownership in the lease negotiations.
