Cushman & Wakefield has issued a new map of industrial properties. The map represents
a comprehensive list of all industrial zones in the Czech Republic. It captures the existing
and planned industrial parks designated for rent, as well as industrial zones owned by private
companies whose owners have invested at least EUR 10 million. These industrial properties have
been developed by companies for their own purposes and they are not offered for lease.
Cushman & Wakefield is the only agent operating on the Czech market which produces such
a map, offering such a comprehensive volume of data.
The edition contains detailed views of locations characterised by the highest density of
industrial zones in Brno, Plzeň (Pilsen), Prague, and Ostrava. The map captures the
topical state of affairs as it existed at the end of the first quarter of 2012.
At the same time, the company has modernised the technological content of its web site www.czech-industrial.cz, so that it is compatible
with iPad technologies. The home page offers certain space to some selected projects, which
also provides for separate micro-sites. The statistical section comprising charts has also been
adapted to allow download to iPad – this part offers topical information about the
developments on the industrial market in the Czech Republic, as well as in Central Europe,
including historical data going back several years.
Web searching for both industrial space and land sites is now also faster. As a new feature,
searches for industrial properties also include locations in Mladá Boleslav.
