Cushman & Wakefield today announced that two transportation-related deals were signed
totaling 34,536 square feet in Baltimore’s City Center. Courtenay Jenkins and Rich Thomas
of Cushman & Wakefield represented a joint venture between Jacobs Engineering, Inc. and
STV, Inc. in the lease of a full floor at 100 S. Charles Street (Tower II) totaling 20,050
square feet.
Jenkins and Thomas also represented Jacobs Engineering in the sublease of a full floor at
100 N. Charles Street totaling 14,486 square feet to a joint venture between Gannett Fleming,
Inc. and Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP.
These locations will serve as project offices for the planned Red Line and Purple Line
transit initiatives. Both spaces were chosen for their existing open floor plates and
proximity to the CBD.
