The total area of the multi-level building (2-5-19-25 floors) is 16 600 sq.m. Four level of underground parking provides 160 parking lots. The building is under construction with a grand opening planed for the first quarter of 2013.

Mikhail Mindlin, Head of Sales and Acquisitions, Office Agency C&W: “The office complex is situated in a district with a lack of quality office buildings.
