Energy Efficiency, People & Atmosphere; Travel & Commuting; Reduce, Reuse &
Recycle; Cleaning; Remodeling & Construction; and LEED. In order to get the Certification
the company needs to implement a set of “Green Opportunities” – steps aimed at sustainability
and efficient operations.
Elena Malinovskaya, Leader of “Green Team”, Associate, Office Agency comments:

sustainability standards, that help save the environment and increase quality of life. The
participation of the Russian Office in HinesGO certification is a logical step, confirming our
ecological responsibility. Under the Green Office program we implemented steps to be more
Energy Efficient and enrolled waste recycle systems. Our next steps will be full elimination of
plastic products (cups/plates) and the active participation of employees in green initiatives,
that are aimed at a sustainable future”.
