Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, represented FM
Logistic, one of the largest logistics operators on the Polish market, in the renegotiations of
its lease at Europolis Park Poland Central. Under the new renegotiated lease FM Logistic will
take up over 32,000 of warehouse and office space.
FM Logistic, a French company operating on the Polish market since 1995, has nine logistics
centres across Poland. With around 2,700 employees it is one of the largest employers in the
Polish transport, forwarding and logistics sector. FM Logistic has leased over 31,500 sq.m of
warehouse space and over 500 sq.m of office space at Europolis Park Poland Central.
The warehouse and distribution centre Europolis Park Poland Central is located in Wola
Bykowska near Piotrków Trybunalski at the intersection of the two major thoroughfares in
Central Poland: the A1 motorway linking the North and South of Poland and the E67 major road
linking Warsaw with the Silesian Agglomeration and Wrocław.
Europolis Park Poland Central is owned by CA Immo, whose Polish portfolio includes office
and warehouse schemes totalling around 500,000 sq.m of leasable space. The CA Immo Group
focuses on investments in commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe.
