Cushman & Wakefield strengthens Advisory Team in Russia

Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately held commercial real estate services firm, has made two Senior Appointments in the Russia Advisory Team, Evgeny Popov from Cushman & Wakefield and Richard Tibbott from Colliers International UK.

Evgeny Popov, Associate, was promoted to Head of Development Consultancy of Cushman & Wakefield, Russia. He has been working with Cushman & Wakefield for more than 10 years in Development Consultancy and is responsible for providing advice to developers and investors of retail, office and mixed use assets. Working in Cushman & Wakefield, Evgeny has completed more than 50 projects for such clients as EBRD, Sberbank, VTB Arena, Spartak Stadium, GUTA development, Bank of Moscow, Mirland, Regional Investments, Сoncern MonArch, Lenta and many others.

Richard Tibbott has joined Cushman & Wakefield in a senior role as Chairman, Advisory after working for Colliers International UK as Chairman of Global Development Solutions for almost 5 years. Previously he created Locum Destination Consulting (1999 – 2009), which was Europe’s leading destination development & strategic consulting business. Richard is a highly respected and experienced management consultant and real estate development consultant. He has over 40 years experience in real estate development and consulting and now specializes in the creation of international standard real estate destinations for cities, regional economies and for large scale regeneration and mixed use sites. He has wide international experience especially of growth and emerging markets, and in Russia in particular.

Cushman & Wakefield, Russia Advisory Team provides the full scope of consultancy services including major destination development programme management advisory, master-planning & investment advisory, project feasibility, concept, market & highest and best-use analysis, commercial due diligence, real estate portfolio optimization. The Team is involved in some of the most significant real estate projects in Russia at Skolkovo, Red October, VTB Arena Park project & Luzhniki.
