Cushman & Wakefield places another Vitaminas restaurant in Lisbon

C&W announced the placement of another Vitaminas restaurant, this time at 275 Rua Augusta, in the heart of Lisbon's downtown.

Scheduled to open in the last quarter of the year, the new Vitaminas restaurant will total 300 m? and will be a premium brand compatible with the other shops in the street, offering specific products that customers can only find there.

In this transaction C&W represented the shop landlord, Redevco, which has shored up its already plentiful portfolio of prime tenants in Portugal.

Rui Sanches, CEO of Vitaminas, said “C&W was untiring throughout this process, and crucial to our growth strategy. Following Restauradores and Rua Garrett, we have every confidence that this location will be a success.”

Sandra Belo of Cushman & Wakefield’s retail department said “This new location of Vitaminas will give a boost to the development of this part of the city, which is showing an increasing dynamism.”
