C&W has announced the leasing of the new Salsa store in Lisbon's Largo do Chiado.
Salsa came into business in Portugal in 1994, and has enjoyed continual growth ever since.
Thanks to an ambitious international expansion project, Salsa is now present in more than 35
countries and continually expanding. The brand has been producing products of renowned quality
throughout its 18 years of existence, synonymous with innovation, style and dynamism that can
meet the demands of the modern public.
C&W represented the owners in this transaction. The new shop of the Portuguese jeans
brand occupies 130 m² and has a privileged location in Chiado (Largo do Chiado, 13-15).
Sandra Belo of Cushman & Wakefield's retail department said "Choosing Salsa to open
a new shop in the centre of Chiado makes sense because of the excellent location and the
brand's posiotining. Chiado is the trendiest, youngest and most cosmopolitan area of the
capital, which reflects the brand's clothing and values".
