Cushman & Wakefield expands residential valuation team with new hire

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Andrew Johnston as an Associate in its London Valuation & Advisory department, within the Residential Valuation team.

Andrew has a wealth of expertise in the residential development sector having worked for over 14 years in the field, primarily in central London. He joins from CBRE where he provided strategic advice to the main clearing banks on several very high profile residential sites in central London. Prior to CBRE, Andrew was in Knight Frank's residential development team for five years.

Jeremy Tonge, Head of Residential Valuation UK at Cushman & Wakefield, said, "Valuation of residential development sites for public and corporate landowners, banks and other lenders is a growth area for the department and Andrew joins us at an exciting time."
