Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, represented an
international healthcare company in the lease of 690 sq.m of office space at the Holland Park
building in Warsaw.
Holland Park, which was completed in 1998, offers 10,490 sq.m of office space, more than
1,000 sq.m of retail space and over 100 underground parking spaces. It consists of two parts: a
six-storey office building and a smaller building called Piano. Holland Park is located in
downtown Warsaw, at the Trzech Krzyży Square, part of Warsaw’s historic road called the Royal
Route. At Holland Park and in its immediate vicinity there are exclusive boutiques of
international fashion retailers, top restaurants, the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the buildings
of the Polish Parliament. Holland Park, owned by CBRE Global Investors, is occupied largely by
the ING Group companies.
Aleksandra Rafałowska, a senior negotiator from the Office Department of Cushman &
Wakefield, said: “Holland Park is an exceptionally prestigious location in Warsaw. The new
tenant will move into the building at the end of September 2012.”
