Community Beer Company to Create Local Craft Beers

Community Beer Company, a Dallas-based brewery, has leased 21,600 square feet of space at 1530
Inspiration Drive in Dallas, Texas. Cribb Altman from Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc.
(C&W) represented Community Beer Company in the transaction. John Hoctor negotiated on
behalf of the building owner, Grossman & Frank.
"This is an exciting step for Community Beer Company and the Dallas craft beer movement," said Kevin Carr of Community Beer Company. "The facility is a perfect location for us to create our wide range of beers for distribution to Dallas bars, restaurants and retail outlets, as well as a destination for locals to visit and learn more about craft beer."
The property is situated directly across from the American Airlines Center at the corner of Inspiration Drive and Interstate 35 just north of downtown Dallas. The building is also adjacent to Dallas' Design District, a thriving market for young professionals and creative, entrepreneurial companies.
Community Beer Company will use the new space to brew an initial line up of five beer styles and seasonal offerings throughout the year, which include several award-winning beers. The space will also be used to host people from Dallas and the surrounding Metroplex to participate in tours and special events hosted at the brewery. More updates can be found at communitybeer.com.
