Żywiec Group, the leader on the Polish beer market, has become a new tenant in Europolis
Park Poland Central in Wola Bykowska near Piotrkow Trybunalski. Cushman & Wakefield, the
world’s largest privately owned real estate services firm, acted as a negotiating agent between
the owner CA Immo and the tenant.
Żywiec Group is one of the largest beer producers and distributors in Poland. Its products
are delivered to more than 50,000 sales points across the country. The company currently
employs over 5,000 people. Żywiec Group offers the widest range of beer products on the Polish
market. Its portfolio consists of 30 beers. The most popular beer brands include: Żywiec,
Heineken, Warka, Strong and Tatra. The company operates five breweries in Żywiec, Warka,
Elbląg, Leżajsk and Cieszyn.
Europolis Park Poland Central is a warehouse and distribution centre located in Wola
Bykowska near Piotrkow Trybunalski at the junction of the region’s two major arterial routes –
the north-south A1 motorway, and the E67 expressway, connecting Warsaw with Silesia conurbation
and Wroclaw. The owner of the facility is CA Immo operating on the commercial investment market
in CEE region.
Europolis Park Poland Central will house Żywiec Group’s regional warehouse comprising 1,800
sq m of warehouse space.
