The building permit has been issued for Osada nad Jeziorem, a prestigious project of
luxury residences in Mikołajki in the Mazury Lake district. Cushman & Wakefield, the
world’s largest privately owned real estate services firm, is responsible for the sale of the
houses on behalf of the investor.
Osada nad Jeziorem will accommodate 12 houses, each totalling 300 sq m, with the sites
measuring from 1,100 to 1,475 sq m. It is located on the Mikołajskie lake, 1,5 km to the south
of Mikołajki. The construction works are expected to take two years. The developer is Lake View
owned by Zbigniew Niemczycki. Bulanda i Mucha architectural studio is responsible for the
design.
The houses can be used all year round or as vacation houses. Each house can be individually
fitted to turn key specification. The architectural design reflects the traditional style of
historic Mazury architecture, with its thatched roofs and brick elements tastefully
incorporating large modern windows overlooking the lake. The houses feature environment
friendly and intelligent home technologies.
Additionally, the project will provide services typical for high-end hotels such as room
service and 24-hour security. It will also offer first class amenities including tennis court,
spa & wellness centre and a restaurant. There will be a private helicopter pad on the
property which will significantly reduce the travel time to the resort. The residents can enjoy
a variety of nautical activities such as sailing, swimming, boating. There will be a yacht club
open to the public and a marina for over 100 yachts.
„Osada nad Jeziorem is an exclusive project located in one of the most beautiful Polish
regions. The Mazurian Lake District was nominated in a global Internet contest New 7 Wonders of
Nature Mazury last year. The region is set to become one of the most popular tourist
destinations, an alternative to foreign resorts” – said Anna Kwiatkowska, Associate at Cushman
& Wakefield.
