Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately owned real estate services firm,
represented Celsa Huta Ostrowiec in the lease transaction of 520 sq m of office space in Sienna
Center in Warsaw.
Celsa Huta Ostrowiec is a steel plant headquartered in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. It has been
owned by the Spanish Celsa Group since 2003. The plant in Ostrowiec has been operating for more
than 170 years and it is the biggest industrial plant in the Swietokrzyskie voivodship. Sienna
Center in Warsaw will accommodate the company’s trade office. It will move in November
2012.
Sienna Center is an office building located in the centre of Warsaw between Sienna, Twarda
and Żelazna streets. It comprises three separate parts, which together total around 20,000 sq m
of leasable area. The facility was completed in 1998, and between 2009-2011 it underwent a
thorough refurbishment, including development of a new reception area. The co-owners of the
Sienna Center are CA Immo and AXA.
