Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services
firm, today announced that it has significantly strengthened its Russian retail services team
with several new hires.
The latest appointments follow the announcement last month that Maxim Karbasnikoff, Partner,
Head of Retail Services had joined Cushman & Wakefield from JLL as the new head of Retail
Services in Russia. New hires announced today include: Ekaterina Zemskaya, as Partner and
Head of Retail Agency, Anastasia Kuznetsova and Evgenia Osipova as Associates, Rezeda
Sadritdinova, Zulfiya Shilyaeva, Anna Zorina, Nadezhda Demianenko as Senior Consultants and
Anastasia Lonshakova as a Consultant.
Ekaterina Zemskaya will be responsible for coordinating and growing Cushman &
Wakefield’s retail agency activities and joins after 8 years at JLL where she held the position
of National Director, Head of Shopping Centre Leasing. Ekaterina successfully leased numerous
award-winning, large scale projects in Moscow and the regions, including Galeria and Leto in
St. Petersburg and Royal Park in Novosibirsk.
Anastasia Kuznetsova will be responsible for shopping centre leasing and has over 8 years
experience in shopping center development. Anastasia worked for JLL for almost 5 years, where
she held position of Associate Director of Retail Agency.
Evgenia Osipova has over 7 years experience in commercial real estate having worked as an
Associate Director in Retail Agency at JLL since 2005.

Cushman & Wakefield’s retail services team is currently leasing over 1 million sq m of
shopping centre space across Russia – from Moscow to Tyumen. The team has leading high-street
expertise with recent deals including prestigious flagship shops for Prada and Miu Miu on
Moscow’s Stoleshnikov. Cushman & Wakefield won Retail Brokerage Deal of The Year
(Russia) at the Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards 2012.
