Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, has been appointed
property manager of Agora Bytom shopping centre, owned by the Danish developer Braaten +
Pedersen plus Partners.
Agora Bytom opened in November 2010 and is located in the core centre of Bytom, at its main
high street, Dworcowa. It is the city’s most modern retail scheme providing a total of 58,000
sq m, with 29,000 sq m of leasable area.
The shopping centre combines retail, leisure and cultural functions, being home to over 100
stores, Fantasy Park entertainment centre, Cinema City, Pure fitness club and an event
hall.
Investor and developer of the scheme is the Danish developer Braaten + Pedersen plus
Partners operating on the CEE and Scandinavian retail markets.
