  • Michael Saddei strengthens the Berlin investment team at Cushman & Wakefield

    Michael Saddei (47) is set to strengthen the Berlin investment team of the international real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) as an associate from 1 December 2012. Previously he was the managing director of GREC (German Real Estate Consultants GmbH) and before that spent four years as the director of the investment team at Winters & Hirsch in Berlin.

    Over the course of his 14-year career in the investment industry, Saddei has procured properties worth over 330 million euros. He has mainly advised international and also national investors, investment companies, banks, public institutions, asset managers and private owners / family offices in the office, logistics, retail, hotel and residential property asset segments in both the single and portfolio segments.

    In July of this year, the company last announced that Thomas Müller was starting, who built-up and expanded the investment department at the Munich C&W office.
    C&W has investment teams in its offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg and Munich.
