Natalie Lintott joins Cushman & Wakefield from CWM

Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately owned real estate advisory firm, has hired Natalie Lintott as an Associate in its London Retail team.

Natalie joins Cushman & Wakefield after eight years at London retail agency CWM where she specialised in advising domestic and international retailers.

At Cushman & Wakefield Natalie will work closely with Peter Mace, head of London retail, advising international retailers and luxury brands on their expansion into London and the rest of the UK.

Justin Taylor, CEO of UK Retail at Cushman & Wakefield, said: "Natalie has an excellent track record and reputation and will be a great asset in our highly successful London team. We don?t see any let up in the phenomenal demand we are seeing for prime London retail as top international retailers and luxury brands in particular compete for the best space on what are some of world's leading shopping streets."

Over the past 12 months Cushman & Wakefield has advised on around 90% of all luxury deals in central London and acted on behalf of 40% of all international retailers opening their first store in London.
