Cushman & Wakefield strenghtens its Lisbon Capital Markets Team

Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), has announced today that Geoffroy Moreno has joined the Capital Markets department of the firm.
Geoffroy Moreno has a degree in Management from ESSEC Business School, Cergy-Pontoise, France. Before joining C&W, Geoffroy Moreno was responsible for the development of a telecommunications business unit in Altran Group, Portugal.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets department was responsible for investment operations totalling 300 million euros over the last year, including the sale of Coimbra Retail Park on behalf of Sonae Sierra and Miller Developments, and the sale of a three building portfolio in Quinta da Fonte on behalf of Pramerica Real Estate Investors to the Portuguese fund Banif Imopredial, managed by Banif Gestão de Activos – SGFIM.
