Cushman & Wakefield Sells Industrial Building For $9.9 Million

Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce the sale of Florida Mall Business Center, an 84,450 square foot office building located at 1650 Sand lake Road in Orlando, Florida for $9,900,000. The purchaser was Florida Mall Business Centre, LLC and the seller was Sand Lake Centre Corporation, c/o Mayfield Gentry Realty Advisors, Inc.

Senior Director, Mike Davis of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, and Senior Director, Richard Solik and Associate Director Betsy Owens of Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Leasing Group arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Sand Lake Centre Corporation.
