Cushman & Wakefield negotiated a new 32,000 square foot lease at Tampa City Center in Tampa, Florida, for Morgan & Morgan Law Firm, P.A. Based in Orlando, Morgan and Morgan, P.A. is a law firm dedicated to the representation of cases involving personal injury and wrongful death.

Tampa City Center is a 38-story, Class A office building located in the heart of the Central Business District.
