Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 16,917 square foot lease renewal and expansion for Network Synergy, Inc. at 5440 Mariner Street, Watermark 9 at Westshore in Tampa, Florida. The landlord is Watermark Properties, No. 9, LLC.

Andy May, Executive Director; Barry Oaks, Director; and Bill Reeves, Associate Director of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant, Network Synergy, Inc.
