Cushman & Wakefield Sells Metro Centre For $9.95 Million

Cushman & Wakefield is pleased to announce the sale of the Metro Centre, a 73,185 square foot suburban office building located at 4315 Metro Parkway in Ft. Myers, Florida for $9,950,000. The purchaser was Metro Parkway Operating Associates, L.P., c/o BGK Ventures, LLC.

Mike Davis, Senior Director negotiated this transaction on behalf of the seller, Metro Parkway Investment Limited Partnership, c/o Real Estate Capital Partners.
