For two years now, the new Belgian law on retail locations has made social-economic permits
compulsory for every new range of products sold in stores larger than 400 sq.m. The
composition of tailor-made market studies and their presentation to both national and local
authorities has become a highly specialized area which requires a profound knowledge of the
retail market, its legal aspects, and which also implies the use of extended IT tools and
advanced scientific material. That's the reason why people of the C&W Research Dept. in
Brussels decided to specialize in that subject, in order to provide a full range of solutions
to their customers. And results are self-speaking, with a success rate of 96% permits delivered
at the end of the process. Nathan Reviers,
Jef Van Doorslaer and Christophe Van Staen have already
obtained social-economic permits on behalf of major retailers and landlords, such as Hennes
& Mauritz, Action, Zoomart, Zara, Sfera, Redevco, Sports World, BMW, Blokker, Krëfel, and
Esprit.
