Southern California Power Brokers Join Cushman & Wakefield

Sinfield, Maher and Loderstedt join Cushman & Wakefield to further strengthen the firm’s L.A. South Bay office

Cushman & Wakefield today announced that three leading brokerage professionals in Southern California have joined the firm’s growing brokerage operations in the Los Angeles South Bay office. The brokers, Chris Sinfield, Bill Maher and Robert Loderstedt, were previously with Grubb & Ellis, specializing in investment sales, office agency and corporate representation in the Los Angeles South Bay market with an emphasis on Torrance, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Long Beach and the LAX Airport area.

Chris Sinfield

Mr. Sinfield, who has been named a senior director, is a 16-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He is specializing in agency leasing, corporate representation and investment sales. A consistent top producer at Grubb & Ellis nationwide, Mr. Sinfield was the firm’s top office broker for the Los Angeles County region in 2005 and has been a member of the President’s Council since 1999. His major corporate clients include TA Associates Realty, Arden Realty, The Mills Corp., The Muller Company, The Shidler Group and Prudential Insurance.

Bill Maher

Mr. Maher, who has been named a director, is a 17-year commercial real estate veteran who throughout his career has leased and sold more than five million square feet of institutional office space throughout the Los Angeles South Bay market. Mr. Maher’s clients include Arden Realty, Legacy Partners, TA Associates Realty, The Muller Company, The Shidler Group and Windell Investments.

Robert Loderstedt

Mr. Loderstedt has been working with Sinfield and Maher since 2004. A rising star in the Los Angeles area commercial real estate market, he is actively involved in the tenant representation side of the business with Mr. Sinfield and the investment sales transactions with Mr. Maher.
