Cushman & Wakefield negotiated a 5,141 square foot sublease at One Harbour Place, in Tampa, Florida on behalf of their client GL Homes. MBA Group will occupy the sublet space.

Built in 1985, One Harbour Place is a Class A, 207,811 square foot office building located at 777 Harbour Island Boulevard in Tampa, Florida.
